In order for us to perform an audit or manage your Facebook Ads, we will need access to your Facebook Business Manager account. If you have previously done Facebook Ads and do not have a Business Manager account, then these instructions won’t work. Contact us for additional help.
This guide will walk you through how to provide us access to your Facebook Business Manager account. Part 1 will provide us access to perform an audit on your account. Part 2 is for when you’ve hired us to begin management of your ads.
Part 1: Give a partner access to assets in your Business Manager
1.1 Log in to your Facebook Business Manager account. Under the Business Manager heading, select “All Tools”, then select “Business Settings.”

1.2 Below “Users”, click “Partners”. Click “+Add”. Select “Give a partner access to your assets.”

1.3 Copy our Partner Business ID: 1541414469484699, paste it into the field, and click “Next”.

1.4 Select “Pages” and then select “Name” to include assets you want to add us to in the second column. Assign a role for us in the 3rd column. Generally, we suggest you allow us to “Manage Page”, and then include “View Earnings Insights” and “Manage Job.” Select “Save Changes”.

1.5 Select “Ad Accounts” and then select “Name” to include assets you want to add us to in the second column. Assign a role for us in the 3rd column. Generally, we suggest you select “Manage Ad Account”. Then select “Save Changes”.

We will now be able to see the assets you assigned to us and we will be able to perform a full audit on your Facebook Ads.
Part 2: Once We’re Hired . . .
Once you’ve hired us to manage your Facebook Ads, we request that you follow the steps above in addition to this final step:
2.1 Select “Pixels” and then select “Name” to include assets you want to add us to in the second column. Assign a role for us in the 3rd column. Generally, we suggest you select “Manage Pixel”. Then select “Save Changes”.
